Deliveries and Returns 

All deliveries on standard postage are within 10 to 14 working days after order is complete . You can also collect from store from (9am 2pm) Monday to Thursday (other times by arrangement). If you have any special requests then you can contact our office and we will try our best to help. All our packages are insured to the relevant amount and should you package not arrive please contact us and we will be happy to help you. We use Parcel2Go for all of our orders. We also offer express delivery at standard rate for all of our bulk buy customers. We also only exchange clothing not refunds as thay have to be embroidered on ,  

 

Returns 

All returns must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery by a trackable method.  Returns are at the customers expense.  All refunds will be subject to a handling charge and postage will not be refunded.  Cancelled orders that we have started will also be subject to a handling charge
